Become a member
Our program is based on the CrossFit methodology. This means we do constantly varied, functional movements  at a high-intensity. Functional movements are organic in nature, innate to our DNA and essential to our quality of life. We train for longevity, we train for health and most of all, and we train for fun.  We have a community of athletes of all levels of fitness, ages and abilities.  What makes us different? Every person is treated the same, even if they are just turning up to be better then they were yesterday or our competition athletes.  You will be encouraged, supported, cheered on at every workout, you will be one of our family. Our goal is to ensure you are pushed and leave each session feeling as though you gave it your all! We genuinely want to see you improve, believe in yourself and evolve in all aspects of life!

At CrossFit 4720 we also ensure that your body is well rounded with the inclusion of accessory skills,  stabilisation work and core strength training. The Team of coaches @ AGOOD Health & Body are extremely passionate and devoted to our CrossFit community.
Our coaches specialise in teaching all crossfit movements, in a safe environment with a focus on technical form & efficiency at all levels of athletes. 

We now offer a variety of Bootcamp classes for those that want to still work hard with out the heavy barbell.  These classes are Mon-Fri 4:30pm-5:15pm.  They Consisit of Abs, Butts and Thighs, Old School training, Core & HIIT, Boxing & Kick Boxing and an Accessories Class.

Interested in dropping in?
​Your first session @ CrossFit 4720 is free.  Daily drop-in fees are $15 for members of another CrossFit affiliate and $20 for non-affiliated CrossFitters. 
​
To attend class as a drop-in, please show up 15 minutes before class to fill out your waiver and pre-exercise screen at the front desk.  Alternatively you can print out your forms from the members page and bring them with you. Please check the timetable for times of classes or our Facebook page AGOOD Health & Body / CrossFit 4720 for any updates.
